Josh Giddey
Giddey pours in 25/9/6 line with three triples
Tue, Oct 14, 2025, 5:44 PM
Josh Giddey led the Bulls with 25 points (7-of-14 FGs), nine rebounds, six assists, one block and three three-pointers in a 124-117 loss to the Nuggets on Tuesday.
Analysis: Giddey's first preseason outing was a dud, but since then, he has reminded us why he's going in the third round in Yahoo! drafts. This game in particular is what fantasy managers are hoping to get from him often this season. If this level of well-rounded production is something Giddey is capable of providing consistently, he'll be worth the early selection.
Coby White
Coby White (calf) won't play in preseason
Mon, Oct 13, 2025, 7:33 AM
K.C. Johnson
Coby White (calf) won't play in the preseason, but the expectation is that he will be ready to play on opening night against the Pistons.
Analysis: Coach Billy Donovan said the intent is to use the time between their final preseason game and the regular season opener to ramp White up and get him ready for game action. Tre Jones started the last two preseason games, but he will likely return to a reserve role when White is healthy.

Josh Giddey stuffs stat sheet in loss to Milwaukee
Sun, Oct 12, 2025, 3:48 PM
Josh Giddey delivered 14 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, a block and a triple across 24 minutes in Sunday's loss to the Bucks.
Analysis: Giddey stuffed the stat sheet with points, rebounds and assists in this one, tacking on a useful block and three-pointer in the process. The nightly triple-double threat should be a valuable option for fantasy managers in 2025-26, and his ADP has taken him as high as the third round in some drafts given his massive upside.
Ayo Dosunmu
Ayo Dosunmu scores 16 off bench in win over Cavs
Thu, Oct 9, 2025, 4:57 PM
Ayo Dosunmu tallied 16 points (6-of-14 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds, one assist and one three-pointer in Thursday's win over the Cavaliers.
Analysis: For a second consecutive preseason game, Dosunmu came off the bench and logged a productive offensive outing. In Thursday's win, he led all Bulls players in field goal attempts and points in his 22 minutes, despite shooting 25.0 percent from beyond the arc. Dosunmu had a strong 2024-25 season when he was healthy and available to play. He looks to be in line for another solid campaign in his fifth NBA season.
Josh Giddey
Josh Giddey adds 14/7/6 line vs. Bulls on Thursday
Thu, Oct 9, 2025, 4:54 PM
Josh Giddey finished Thursday's win over the Cavaliers with 14 points (5-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, six assists and two three-pointers.
Analysis: Giddey was much more aggressive in Thursday's contest against the Cavaliers than in Tuesday's. He got up more shots than any other Bulls starter, and although he didn't shoot efficiently, he finished as one of the team's top scorers on the evening in 22 minutes of game action. The fifth-year guard also made his usual impact as a scorer and rebounder, and appears to be ready for another strong fantasy basketball season.
Tre Jones
Tre Jones starts, dishes seven assists vs. Cavs
Thu, Oct 9, 2025, 4:53 PM
Tre Jones logged 10 points (4-of-5 FGs), five rebounds, seven assists, four steals and two three-pointers in Thursday's preseason game against the Cavaliers.
Analysis: Jones earned his first start of the preseason and provided the Bulls with a well-rounded performance. The former San Antonio Spurs point guard had similar production on Thursday as the preseason opener, reaching double figures in scoring and impacting the game with a high steal total. He's impressed thus far and could end up being a nice backup option to projected starting guards Josh Giddey and Coby White during the regular season.
Tre Jones
Chicago to start Tre, Josh, Matas, Zach, Isaac
Thu, Oct 9, 2025, 2:05 PM
Chicago Bulls
Josh Giddey, Matas Buzelis, Zach Collins, Josh Giddey and Isaac Okoro will start Thursday vs. the Cavaliers.
Analysis: Tre Jones enters the Bulls' starting lineup for their second preseason game, replacing Kevin Huerter, while Zach Collins enters the starting lineup for Nikola Vucevic. Huerter will come off the Bulls' bench, where 10 players logged minutes on Tuesday. Chicago defeated Cleveland in the preseason opener and will look to earn its second victory.
Kevin Knox
Scotto: Bulls sign Kevin Knox II
Wed, Oct 8, 2025, 12:04 PM
Michael Scotto
HoopsHype's Michael Scotto reports the Bulls signed Kevin Knox II.
Analysis: Knox, the ninth overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, is still looking to lock down a consistent home for himself in the league. He finished last season with the Warriors, making 14 appearances for the team after spending time in the G League. By signing Knox to an Exhibit 10 contract, the Bulls hold his G League rights. If waived, Knox would receive a bonus of $85,300 if he were to spend 60 days with the Bulls' G League affiliate.
Isaac Okoro
CHI starting Giddey, Huerter, Okoro, Buzelis, Vuc
Tue, Oct 7, 2025, 1:06 PM
Will Gottlieb
Josh Giddey, Kevin Huerter, Isaac Okoro, Matas Buzelis and Nikola Vucevic will start against the Cavaliers on Tuesday.
Analysis: Coby White (calf) isn't playing, so it's unclear if Huerter or Okoro will end up as the fifth starter for Chicago this season. Huerter has more upside in fantasy basketball, but Okoro is the superior defender, which is much needed in this lineup. The hope is that White is available to play by the end of the preseason, so Huerter and Okoro could view the next few preseason games as a tryout for the final starting spot.
Patrick Williams
Patrick Williams (ankle) injured during practice
Wed, Oct 1, 2025, 9:47 AM
Will Gottlieb
Patrick Williams (ankle) exited Wednesday's practice early due to injury.
Analysis: Williams rolled his ankle while planting his foot during a 5-on-5 segment of Wednesday's practice. Following the session, Bulls head coach Billy Donovan said he did not believe the forward's injury was too serious. Williams finished the practice riding a stationary bike, which may be a positive sign regarding the severity of the injury. With the emergence of 2024 lottery pick Matas Buzelis during the post-trade deadline portion of last season, Williams will likely come off the bench this season.
Coby White
White (calf) to be limited during training camp
Mon, Sep 29, 2025, 11:38 AM
Will Gottlieb
Coby White (calf) will be limited during training camp and the preseason.
Analysis: The hope is that White will be able to suit up by the end of the preseason after suffering a calf strain in August. There's no reason to think this will impact his status for opening night at this point, but Kevin Huerter and Ayo Dosunmu should play extra minutes during the preseason.
Ayo Dosunmu
Dosunmu (shoulder) cleared for full contact
Mon, Sep 29, 2025, 8:00 AM
Joe Cowley
Ayo Dosunmu (shoulder) is a “full go” for practice and is cleared for contact.
Analysis: Reports from July suggested Dosunmu would be ready for the start of camp after his season ended early in March. With Josh Giddey now under contract, Dosunmu will likely start the year in a reserve role, though he will still play a significant role. It's good to see him healthy at this point, even if he won't make much of a fantasy impact, barring an injury to someone in front of him on the depth chart.
Josh Giddey
Josh Giddey inks 4-year, $100M deal with Bulls
Tue, Sep 9, 2025, 9:57 AM
Shams Charania
ESPN's Shams Charania reports that Josh Giddey has agreed to a four-year, $100 million deal to remain with the Bulls.
Analysis: One of the last big-name free agents left on the market, Giddey will remain with the team that traded for him a year ago and become one of its franchise cornerstones. In his first season with the Bulls, Giddey posted 14.6 points to go with career highs in rebounds (8.1), assists (7.2), steals (1.2) and three-pointers (1.5) across 70 appearances.
Josh Giddey
Report: CHI offered Giddey four-year, $88M deal
Fri, Sep 5, 2025, 5:13 AM
NBA on ESPN
ESPN's Bobby Marks reported Thursday that the Bulls have increased their offer to restricted free agent Josh Giddey.
Analysis: Giddey is a restricted free agent, so the Bulls hold the leverage in their negotiations. While the team has reportedly increased its offer to Giddey from four years, $80 million to four years, $88 million, that still does not align with Giddey's hopes of a deal that would pay him an average annual salary of $30 million. According to Marks, the AAV of $22 million is on the low end for starting point guards. One option available to Giddey is to sign a one-year qualifying offer worth $11 million. Doing so would make him an unrestricted free agent next summer. Qualifying offers expire on October 1. From a fantasy standpoint, Giddey was close to a top-50 player last season and meshed well with fellow guard Coby White.
Nikola Vucevic
Nikola Vu?evi? scores 31 in loss to Great Britain
Wed, Sep 3, 2025, 5:05 AM
Nikola Vu?evi? finished Wednesday's loss to Great Britain with 31 points (12-of-18 FGs, 5-of-7 FTs), 11 rebounds, seven assists and two three-pointers.
Analysis: Needing a win to guarantee passage into the Round of 16, Montenegro dropped an 89-83 decision to Great Britain, which had not won a EuroBasket game since 2013. For his part, Vu?evi? recorded an impressive stat line, posting another double-double and dishing out seven assists. Following the defeat, the Bulls center announced his retirement from international basketball. If there's a silver lining for Vu?evi?, he'll have added time off to recover for the start of training camp in late September.
Nikola Vucevic
Another one: Nikola Vu?evi? posts double-double
Mon, Sep 1, 2025, 5:24 AM
Nikola Vu?evi? tallied 23 points (9-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 15 rebounds, four assists, two steals, three blocks and three three-pointers in Monday's win over Sweden.
Analysis: With Vu?evi? averaging a double-double in each of his last seven seasons, the veteran center's consistent recording of those stat lines at EuroBasket is unsurprising. He recorded his fourth in as many games on Monday, leading Montenegro to its first win of this year's tournament. Also of note was the defensive production, with Vu?evi? recording two steals and three blocked shots in the 87-81 victory. His name was mentioned in offseason trade rumors, but Vu?evi? has stayed put thus far. This winter, he should be a relatively safe middle-round option in standard fantasy leagues.
Nikola Vucevic
Nikola Vucevic posts another double-double
Fri, Aug 29, 2025, 8:27 AM
Nikola Vucevic finished Friday's blowout loss to Lithuania with 20 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, two steals, a block and a three-pointer across 31 minutes.
Analysis: For the second straight game, Montenegro was blown out, but it wasn't for lack of trying by the star big man. It was business as usual for Vooch, as he produced a double-double while spacing the floor, playing solid defense and getting teammates involved. Montenegro might not win many games, but Vooch should continue to shine throughout Eurobasket as his team's most talented option.
Nikola Vucevic
Nikola Vucevic tallies 23/10/5 line vs. Germany
Wed, Aug 27, 2025, 5:25 AM
Nikola Vucevic led Montenegro with 23 points (10-of-13 FGs, 1-of-4 FTs), 10 rebounds, five assists and two three-pointers in a 106-76 loss to Germany on Wednesday.
Analysis: Vucevic will continue to be the star for Montenegro, but he doesn't have much help, which is why the team was on the wrong end of a lopsided score. Aside from the uncharacteristic poor performance at the free throw line, this was a monster performance from Vucevic. Expect more games like this from him for the rest of Eurobasket.
Ayo Dosunmu
Dosunmu (shoulder) expects to be ready for camp
Thu, Jul 31, 2025, 7:57 AM
Chicago Tribune
Ayo Dosunmu (shoulder) expects to be ready for the start of training camp in late September.
Analysis: Dosunmu underwent left shoulder surgery in March and was given a recovery timeline of four to six months. According to Julia Poe of the Chicago Tribune, the Bulls guard said at a recent charity event that he's feeling good and expects to be a full go when training camp opens in late September. “I feel great,” Dosunmu said, according to the Tribune. “I feel right on schedule if not ahead. I'm just excited for these next couple of months to really get in even better shape and be able to go out there.” He was cleared for full contact in July and will factor into Chicago's rotation as a starter or as the first guard off the bench. Dosunmu offered 11th-round value in nine-cat formats when healthy and will be worth grabbing with a late-round pick in standard leagues.
Josh Giddey
Report: Bulls, Giddey separated by '$8-10 million'
Mon, Jul 28, 2025, 5:18 AM
Chicago Sun-Times
Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times reports the Bulls and restricted free agent Josh Giddey are $8-10 million apart in their negotiations.
Analysis: Giddey is one of the notable restricted free agents who has been unable to negotiate a deal this offseason. While the point guard and the Bulls are mutually interested in continuing their partnership after a solid 2024-25 season, the money remains a sticking point. According to Cowley, Giddey's camp went into last season hoping for a deal on par with the one Jalen Suggs received from the Magic, playing an average annual salary of $30 million. The Bulls took a more cautious approach, possibly impacted by Patrick Williams' disappointing play after receiving a surprising extension worth $90 million. Giddey can sign his qualifying offer worth $11 million, which would allow him to go into unrestricted free agency next summer, but that may be viewed as a “last resort.” Staying in Chicago would be best for Giddey's fantasy value after finishing last season as a top-60 player in nine-cat formats.
