Ayo Dosunmu has 17 points, 4 threes in win vs. DEN
Mon, Jan 27, 2025, 4:45 PM
Ayo Dosunmu had 17 points (6-of-13 FGs), two rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block and four 3-pointers against the Nuggets on Monday.
Nikola Vucevic
Nikola Vucevic has double-double in win vs. Denver
Mon, Jan 27, 2025, 4:44 PM
Nikola Vucevic had 20 points (9-of-23 FGs), 10 rebounds, six assists, one steal and two 3-pointers against the Nuggets on Monday.
Zach LaVine
Zach LaVine has 21 points, 5 threes in win vs. DEN
Mon, Jan 27, 2025, 4:42 PM
Zach LaVine had 21 points (6-of-13 FGs), three rebounds, six assists, two steals and five 3-pointers in the Bulls' 129-121 victory over the Nuggets on Monday.
Analysis: The Bulls were able to beat the Nuggets Monday largely because Chicago made 24 3-pointers to Denver's six. LaVine was a big part of the downtown shooting barrage as he led the team making 5-of-10 from behind the 3-point line. After the game, Bulls coach Billy Donovan told reporters that the 29-year-old shooting guard will miss the next few games due to personal reasons. In daily formats, fantasy managers will need to find a replacement for LaVine.
Ayo Dosunmu
CHI starting Ball, Giddey, LaVine, Ayo, Vucevic
Mon, Jan 27, 2025, 1:38 PM
NBA Lineups
Lonzo Ball, Josh Giddey, Zach LaVine, Ayo Dosunmu, and Nikola Vucevic will start Monday's game against the Nuggets.
Analysis: After coming off the bench in his first games back from a calf strain, Dosunmu will be in the starting lineup for Monday's game. He replaces the struggling Patrick Williams, who has failed to offer much value whether he starts or comes off the bench. Those who still have the former lottery pick rostered should probably move on.
Coby White
Coby White (ankle) doubtful Wednesday vs. Boston
Mon, Jan 27, 2025, 12:30 PM
Julia Poe
Coby White (ankle) is unlikely to play in Wednesday's game against the Celtics.
Analysis: White will not play in Monday's game against Denver, the fourth straight game he's missed with a sore right ankle. Bulls coach Billy Donovan said Monday that the team hopes to get White back before the end of their road trip, which culminates in Detroit on Sunday, but he's unlikely to be available for Wednesday's game in Boston. Although his minutes remain restricted, Lonzo Ball has been White's replacement in the starting lineup and is worth streaming.
Chris Duarte
Chris Duarte (personal) off Monday's injury report
Sun, Jan 26, 2025, 9:58 AM
NBA Injury Report
Chris Duarte (personal reasons) is off the injury report ahead of Monday's matchup with the Nuggets.
Analysis: Duarte will be available after a four-game absence, but he's averaging just under five minutes per game this season, so this news won't have any actionable consequences for fantasy managers.
Josh Giddey
Josh Giddey turns in 10/10/7 line vs. Philadelphia
Sat, Jan 25, 2025, 5:21 PM
Josh Giddey stuffed the stat sheet on Saturday with 10 points (4-of-13 FGs), 10 rebounds, seven assists, one 3-pointer and five turnovers against the 76ers.
Analysis: Though he wasn't as efficient in this game as he was in their last two, Giddey was able to record his third straight double-double in this game. Giddey has played a larger role with Coby White (ankle) sidelined, which has resulted in improved numbers for him over their last three games. Billy Donovan has said that there isn't a true timeline for White's return, which should continue to put the ball in Giddey's hands. They have four games next week, starting with Denver on Monday.
Nikola Vucevic
Nikola Vucevic tallies 22/12/4/1/3 line vs. 76ers
Sat, Jan 25, 2025, 5:11 PM
Nikola Vucevic posted a full line on Saturday with 22 points (8-of-12 FGs), 12 rebounds, four assists, one steal and three blocks against the 76ers.
Analysis: Though he wasn't able to knock down a 3-pointer in this game, Vucevic was still able to make a strong impact in fantasy basketball. His three blocks were the most that he has had in a game since November. He shot a high percentage after three straight games shooting below 45%. Vooch also added his 14th 20-point double-double of the season. Vooch has been a top-10 player in 9-cat leagues this season, and his success will make him an attractive trade target for plenty of teams at the trade deadline.
Zach LaVine
Zach LaVine scores 25 points in loss to 76ers
Sat, Jan 25, 2025, 4:48 PM
Zach LaVine led Chicago with 25 points (10-of-20 FGs, 3-of-8 FTs), eight rebounds, four assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in a 109-97 loss to Philadelphia on Saturday.
Analysis: LaVine had a rough night at the free throw line in this game, but he was still able to lead the team in scoring. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for them to get a win, and they've now lost seven of their last eight games. LaVine has played really well this season, and his name should be tossed around a lot with the trade deadline less than two weeks away. LaVine should still be a productive player in fantasy basketball if he is moved, but he may not see as many shots as he has in Chicago this season.
Ayo Dosunmu
Ayo Dosunmu (calf) available Saturday vs. 76ers
Sat, Jan 25, 2025, 12:23 PM
Cody Westerlund
Ayo Dosunmu (calf) is available for Saturday's game against Philadelphia.
Analysis: Dosunmu, who was on the injury report for right soleus strain injury management, will be available for Saturday's game. He'll likely be the first guard off the bench, as the Bulls are still without Coby White.
Chris Duarte
Chris Duarte (personal) ruled out vs. 76ers
Sat, Jan 25, 2025, 12:23 PM
Drew Stevens
Chris Duarte (personal reasons) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against Philadelphia.
Analysis: Duarte has missed their last few games and will remain sidelined against the 76ers. He is expected to rejoin the team on Sunday, so he should be back against Denver on Monday. However, he won't have much of an impact in fantasy basketball.
Coby White
Coby White (ankle) ruled out Saturday vs. 76ers
Fri, Jan 24, 2025, 1:12 PM
NBA Injury Report
Coby White (ankle) has been ruled out Saturday against the 76ers.
Analysis: White did not play in Thursday's loss to the Warriors, and he's likely to be sidelined even longer than Saturday's game against Philadelphia. Lonzo Ball has been White's replacement in the starting lineup, which gives him a chance to provide deep-league value despite still being under a minutes restriction.
Chris Duarte
Chris Duarte (personal) questionable Saturday
Fri, Jan 24, 2025, 10:21 AM
NBA Injury Report
Chris Duarte (personal) is questionable for Saturday's game against the 76ers.
Analysis: Duarte has been away from the Bulls recently for personal reasons, but he may rejoin the team for Saturday's contest. However, this will not impact fantasy basketball, as Duarte wasn't in the rotation when available.
Ayo Dosunmu
Ayo Dosunmu (calf) questionable vs. 76ers Saturday
Fri, Jan 24, 2025, 9:43 AM
Ayo Dosunmu (right soleus strain injury management) is questionable for Saturday's Bulls-76ers game.
Analysis: Dosunmu has been able to appear in four of the Bulls' previous five games despite his nagging calf injury, but his status for Saturday is up in the air. He'll likely act as the Bulls' first guard off the bench if healthy if Coby White can't play and Lonzo Ball slots into the starting lineup again.
Josh Giddey
Josh Giddey posts 16/11/3/1/1 line vs. Warriors
Thu, Jan 23, 2025, 6:34 PM
Josh Giddey logged 34 minutes in Thursday's loss to Golden State, tallying 16 points (6-of-12 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), 11 rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block, and two 3-pointers.
Analysis: Giddey recorded his 12th double-double of the season on Thursday, two more than his 2023-24 tally. The Bulls guard has been a top-75 player in 9-cat formats over the past two weeks, far better than his season-long value. Regarding fantasy value, the Bulls are in a holding pattern, as there are two weeks until the trade deadline. That said, Giddey has played well enough to be rostered in most, if not all, fantasy leagues.
Zach LaVine
Zach LaVine scores team-high 24 points vs. GSW
Thu, Jan 23, 2025, 6:33 PM
Zach LaVine shot 6-of-13 from the field and 9-of-12 from the foul line in Thursday's 131-106 loss to the Warriors, scoring 24 points with three rebounds, four assists, and three 3-pointers in 33 minutes.
Analysis: LaVine led all scorers with 24 points, and he's tallied at least that many points in 10 of his last 12 games. Over the past three weeks, the Bulls guard has provided top-20 value in 9-cat formats. Will Chicago move LaVine before the deadline? Or will the front office continue to harbor ambitions of making the play-in tournament? The answer will impact the fantasy values of the entire Bulls roster, and that can also be said for Nikola Vucevic.
Ayo Dosunmu
Ayo Dosunmu (calf) available vs. Golden State
Thu, Jan 23, 2025, 2:34 PM
NBA Injury Report
Ayo Dosunmu (right soleus strain injury management) will play against the Warriors on Thursday.
Analysis: Dosunmu will be back in the lineup after missing their last game on Monday, which was the second leg of a back-to-back. He may still be on a minutes restriction, but with Coby White sidelined, there will be plenty of extra touches for all of their guards.
Coby White
Coby White (ankle) downgraded to out Thursday
Thu, Jan 23, 2025, 2:32 PM
NBA Injury Report
Coby White (right ankle soreness) is out for Thursday's game against the Warriors.
Analysis: White will miss a second straight game, which means Lonzo Ball will remain in the starting lineup. Even with his minutes limit, Ball is worth streaming in deep leagues while White sits. And it could be a while before Coby returns, as Bulls coach Billy Donovan said before Thursday's game that the guard is dealing with a bone bruise in his ankle. According to Donovan, White could be out for one week or even longer.
Chris Duarte
Chris Duarte (personal) to remain out Thursday
Wed, Jan 22, 2025, 1:37 PM
NBA Injury Report
Chris Duarte will miss Thursday's game against the Warriors for personal reasons.
Analysis: Duarte remains away from the Kings as he attends to a personal matter. He was not in the rotation when he was available to play.
Jevon Carter
Jevon Carter (illness) returned to practice Weds.
Wed, Jan 22, 2025, 10:44 AM
K.C. Johnson
Jevon Carter (illness) has rejoined the Bulls and practiced on Wednesday.
Analysis: Carter was not with the team for Monday's loss to the Clippers. While his return would give Billy Donovan another perimeter option to consider with Coby White (ankle) out, Carter is not guaranteed rotation minutes. Leave him on the waiver wire.
